Chernushka Rye Bread

Chernushka Rye starts with our great Jewish rye base made with organic wheat flour, loads of freshly milled rye flour, and our rye sour starter. Then it's packed with loads of nigella seeds: a spice that's a cross between a pepper and a caraway seed. It has a smoky scent to the finish and a mild amount of spicy heat. Not so much your mouth is burning, just enough to make things interesting and very tasty.
